All FedEx shipping services have delivery time guarantees. USPS First Class Mail & Priority Mail services, domestic or international, have no delivery time guarantees. USPS Express Mail has guaranteed delivery time on all domestic shipments. USPS Express Mail International delivery time is guaranteed only to certain countries (Australia, China, France, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea [South Korea], Singapore and Spain).
