Are there decongestants in lem sips if so can they be taken by people with high BP ?
I’ve not heard of “lem sips”, but there should be information included in the packaging for those with high blood pressure. Most decongestants do cause elevated blood pressure, so be very careful about taking any without first checking the instructions that come with the medication. If you can’t find the information on the packaging, then call your local pharmacist, they can tell you if it is safe.
