The most recent trend we’ve seen in the area of evaluations is a combination “Thank You” note and evaluation sent after the briefing to customers. This allows your visitors to fill out an evaluation from the convenience of their office. Although how you implement evaluations is a business decision, BriefingEdge supports immediate, (as soon as the briefing has occurred), deferred, or email evaluations.
