Yes, no Fees shall be increased more than the higher of Five Percent (5%) or the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the calendar year immediately preceding the year for which the increase is being made, excluding increased Real Property Taxes. Only the Owners Association can approve higher increases and special assessments.
