Use this product with caution if you have renal or hepatic failure or have a history of cold sores. Caffeine or ephedrine based products may reduce the effectiveness. Do not use with products that contain Ephedra, as they may act as a vasoconstrictor, reducing benefit. Do not take your dosage after 3:00pm. Although this supplement contains no stimulants, it may keep you awake. High doses of arginine may be toxic and overuse may cause diarrhea, nausea, headache or allergic reaction.
