Are there companies offering property management services in Romania?
Finding a good property management company in Romania is no easy feat. I know, I run one and I know how hard it is to be considered good. There is a lot to it & its often sould destroying work, dealing with state authorities, poor quality repair men, chasing rent etc.
I see many agents coming up on google in Romania & mentioned in forums like this, claiming to be good & I would say for sure, as someone with plenty of experience, knowing what I know, I choose to do it myself & definately not hand my rental property to some of the names shown. But don’t take my word for it, nor those of this site for that matter. Find actual genuine clients who have their property managed for some months or years & ask them. For my part, you can simply search maps.google.com & type in our company name, http://www.whitemountain.ro, & see what existing clients say. Ask me for their phone numbers & call them in fact. Most wont mind helping a fellow property landlord find a good PM becuase they know how bad it can be when in the wrong hands. Missing rent, false or poor repairs, forgotten insurance renewals, taxes not paid, tenant checks not made, gas inspections overlooked.
Seriously, its a lot to play with so do some homework & talk to actual clients with properties managed,

Ps, the comment above about Brasov only having the mentioned PM, is incorrect btw. White Mountain has operated there since 2007 & has literally dozens of videos on youtube with Brasov property under its wings.
