Yes, there are multiple common areas, comprised of almost 100 acres, including parks, picnic spots, a large fishing pond, two clear-bottom lakes, a lake-side day lodge, spacious planned main lodge/clubhouse, and trails for hiking, walking, biking and horseback riding. These common areas are open to Walnut Springs residents and their guests only.
