Are there Coffee Shops in all towns in Holland or is it just Amsterdam?
There are coffee shops in other towns/cities in the Netherlands but certainly nothing like the volume of those in Amsterdam. If you wonder why, then is largely because the biggest “market” of cannabis users is foreign tourists and not the Dutch themselves, and hence Amsterdam reflects this However there is also a reduction of coffee shops taking place within the Netherlands e.g.
