Are there clips to attach the tail ends of the skins to the tails of each ski?

No. Clips are not necessary (the added width of splitboard skins provides extra base adherence and traction ) and the skins should be trimmed so that they are only as long as the running length of the base of each ski. Instructions on trimming are provided with new skins.
