• Cleaning the inside of the mixing bowl, agitator, and the under side of the bowl cover (canopy) is not a problem. Cleaning the bowl mounting areas, transmission and electrical components is not recommended. Please see the sanitation section in your operators manual, or you can download the sanitation section on the website under the Sanitation page.
