Yes. State taxes @ 13.96% (GET/TAT) and a cleaning fee ($75 per Garden Suite, $150 for the ZEN Treehouse) are in addition to the room rate. Note: the online reservation system is only able to apply one “cleaning fee” @ $75; The ZEN Treehouse, being that it is twice the size, requires a $150 cleaning fee, so an additional $75 will be added by management to all ZEN reservations.
