Yes. A Transaction Charge of $3.75 will be imposed for all eFiling transactions. A transaction may contain multiple eFilings. Additionally, a Document Recovery Charge of $.10/page multiplied by 7 copies will be imposed for most documents. These charges apply to all eFilers. Yes. A Document Recovery Charge of $.10/page multiplied by the number of paper copies required by the court will be imposed at the time of e-filing.
