Are there charges for CLIP i.e. caller ID and what about Call waiting, Call Forwarding etc.?
– Caller ID is a free service although there was a time I remember paying for it. But what’s the point in having a mobile handset with so much technology literally at your finger tips and you would have to pay just to know who was calling you. Call Waiting, Forward etc. are handset specific and there’s no additional charges for these services as it all depends on the handset you’re using. For the corporate users, special corporate schemes are made available through individual companies. They’re specifically designed for those who use company accounts etc. and vary according to usage.
