The Pharm.D. program has accepted certain prerequisites and M.B.A. courses in lieu of pharmacy courses, and the M.B.A. program has also accepted certain pharmacy courses in lieu of the M.B.A. courses. Twenty-seven (27) credit hours from various courses are waived from the Pharm.D. program in exchange for nine undergraduate business courses (27 credit hours). However, upon completion of the dual program, you will have both degrees along with an additional 30 hours of M.B.A. courses over 6 years. If degrees were obtained separately, a total of 56-58 extra hours would be required.
