Students should consider opening an account with another bank while they are still in their province. The Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank, TD Canada Trust and HSBC are well represented in Vancouver and in BC. If students do not have a cash flow problem, they can keep their meal cheques and deposit them at their bank at the end of the program or mail them each week. ATM’s are readily available on campus.
