Yes. The goal of SHINE’s Medicare Outreach and Education (MORE) project is to build the capacity of the SHINE Program to serve adults with limited English proficiency. SHINE has recruited and trained bilingual staff of community-based organizations to work as counselors as well as directors of other trained and certified bilingual volunteers.
