Yes. However, it’s doubtful you’ll ever surpass your allowance. Your annual bandwidth allowance is 600MB (which is capped each calendar month at 50MB). You are allowed to upload 25MB of files. This is actually a really high limit because photos are automatically resized down when you upload them, saving disk space. For example, a 2MB photo will be resized down to around 20KB and still look great on your site.
