There are rules and regulations in accordance with the dispositions of the Convention on the International Trade of Threatened Species of Fauna and Wild Flora (Cites). These rules inform that is it is prohibited to extract live or dissected animals, copies and articles elaborated with parts of species which are under protection. The export of elaborated jewellery is admitted with species of the flora and the fauna, whenever they are aided by a Certification of the Administrative Authority of CITES in Cuba.
