Yes, we do occasionally have apartments available for a shorter term. Please inquire with the office whether or not the apartment you are interested in is available for a short term. In no event do we lease units month to month or for less than 30-day periods.

We do occasionally have apartments available for a shorter term lease and usually in our off season (fall/ winter). Please inquire with the office whether or not the apartment you are interested in is available for a short term. In no event do we lease units month to month or for less than 90-day periods. All Sky Management apartment leases expire either 4/30, 5/31, 6/30, 7/31, 8/31 (during our leasing season). We are not interested in any month to month leases and prefer a minimum of a 1 year lease term during our leasing season.
