Yes. Like the “terms and conditions” indicated; Any websites with illegal, racist, obscene, abusive, or adult content. Any applications from a site that includes such content will be rejected immediately. Only content written in English is accepted. The websites owned by Publishers of any affiliate networks such as Commission Junction, Linkshare, Performics, ShareAsale, Pepperjam, Azoogle etc. will not be approved. Affiliate links are not accepted.
