Are there any user configurable fields for customer information?
Yes, yes, yes. There are 3 available drop-down boxes that you can configure for anything you might want. Also, there is a “customer text” box that lets you enter free-flow information about your customer. In later editions of the program you will be able to select and output reports on these items.
