Are there any usage restrictions applicable to Mercury Internet Phone Service?

0

The Mercury Internet Phone Service Subscriber Agreement sets forth specific uses which are not permitted and which are inconsistent with normal residential or home office usage patterns. If Cameron Communications determines, in its sole discretion, that your service is being used for any of those specified activities, Cameron Communications reserves the right to terminate, modify the service or change your calling plan to a different offer on a prospective basis, and to assess additional charges for each month in which excessive usage has occurred. Any usage in excess of 5,000 aggregate minutes per month shall be presumed to be not consistent with the restrictions set forth in the Subscriber Agreement and shall be subject to these conditions.
