Are there any unhealthy fruit and vegetables?

I’m in the process of losing fat so this is my spin on your question… Avocados are high in fat; however, it is good fat. Fruits and veggies such as, watermelon, raisins and potatoes are high on the glycemic index and should be eaten in moderation or paired with other things that are low on the index. The glycemic index refers to the relative degree to which blood sugar increase after consumption of the foods. Your body burns through foods high on the gylcemic index fast and that spikes your insulin levels. Lower insulin levels play a critical role in how and when we burn fat. The reduced levels of make fat easier to burn and more difficult to store. Eat as much green veggies as you want, broccoli, spinach, green beans, peas and cauliflower. These are packed with good carbs. Corn is very fatty and cannot fully be digested. Stay away from eating too much fruit, as they are very high in sugar.
