Our online application form will guide you through the application process and will tell you if you plan to apply for a type of assistance we don’t offer, or if we do not believe that Modest Needs can effectively serve your household’s current needs. The best way to determine whether you qualify for a grant from Modest Needs is to complete our online grant application.
