Are there any treatments available for dark circles around the eyes (both upper and lower eyelids)?
Dark circles are a difficult problem to treat and can be attributed to many conditions such as circulation and ethnicity. I have found that certain lightening agents that contain hydarquinone or Kojic acid effective on darker skins if used with caution. Another method that can improve this condition is mesotherapy which consists of tiny injections of a variety of minerals and vitamins that improve the pigmented area under the eye along with improving the circulation to that delicate area.
