Are there any tools to retrieve and edit stored procedures?

Not at the present time. The usual way we do this is to delete and reinsert a stored procedure. This is because Pervasive.SQL has been more an embedded database than a DBA’s database and generally if stored procedures were used the programmer kept a copy and it wasn’t a great hardship to drop and reinsert them.
