Millvina Dean was a baby at the time of her Titanic voyage, and has no memories of it. She is the final surviving person in the world who was on board the Titanic when it went down. Her father was lost in the disaster, and she and her mother and big brother were survivors. At the time the family had intended upon emigrating to the United States,but following the disaster and the loss of her husband, Dean’s mother decided to return to England to raise her children.
