Firstly… Do not drink milk before or after you run. Do not train with weights on. Milk curdles in your stomach and it really messes your stomach up if you drink it before you run. Weights could tear muscle tissue while your run and will not help that drastically in the sense of feeling “lighter” when you run without them. As for the pains, I’d say drink more water during the day. They are probably a sign that you’ve been training hard lately and your body just has to adjust to what you’ve been pushing it to do. It will just take time for those muscles to strengthen.
