Generally, you should close all non-related windows and applications on your PC, except for your Internet browser and the RealOne Player. Other applications which use the Internet should also be closed such as email or other streaming content (such as Internet radio) as these may reduce the bandwidth available to the RealOne Player. Also, unless you have a high speed broadband connection, keep the RealOne Player at its minimum size.
