Are there any theatre plays that uses a ventriloquist?

There are plenty of plays out there for puppetry – not sure how many of them for ventriloquism, although a lot might use muppets, which are pretty much the same thing. Most, however, are right by and for the people who perform them, and many aren’t openly shared. Puppetry is also much more difficult to write for, and few playwrights write for puppetry, since it’s not a very mainstream form of theatre. Check out www.puppetresources.com for examples (ie. free scripts).
