Are there any system requirements for who can download MySurvey Messenger?
In addition to being a MySurvey.com member, there are also some operating system requirements. To download, you must be using a PC connected to the Internet and have a Windows operating system of Windows 2000 or greater (such as Windows 2000, or 2003; Windows NT; Windows XP; or Windows Vista). If you have a Windows 98 operating system and sufficient memory (at least 32 MB), MySurvey Messenger will probably work on your computer. If you do not have sufficient memory space and have a Windows 98 operating system, we do not recommend installation. You must also have Internet Explorer 5.5 or above installed on your computer (even if you don’t use it as your primary browser). Note to users of browsers other than Internet Explorer: When you click on the survey link a new browser window will open to MySurvey.com in Internet Explorer. If you do not wish to complete the survey in Internet Explorer, you may close that window and open your preferred browser and navigate to MySurvey.com. Alternativ
