Are there any student societies for computer science majors?

0

The Mathematics and Computer Science Society is a student organization, open to students from all majors, which is heavily populated by Math and CS majors. They are affiliated with the Association for Computing Machinery, an international professional society for computing professionals. The MCS Society sponsors social and intramural athletic events, MCS student/faculty forums, and guest lectures by visitors from industry and other universities. Drexel also has a chapter of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the International Honor Society for the Computing Sciences. Students with outstanding academic achievement are offered membership in UPE.
