Are there any stretches to make my feet more flexible for ballet?
Strength and flexibility in your feet go hand-in-hand. Do you have a theraband? You should, and you should be using it everyday. Wrap it on the front of your foot covering the balls of your feet and your toes, and holding the ends in your hands. Point and flex your foot using the theraband as resistance. A stretch you can do is get a rolling pin or a golf ball, and roll the arch of your foot on the ball or pin. The previous responder’s stretch is also good, get someone to push your foot to the ground, but make sure it isn’t sickling and that they keep the foot straight.
