Are there any staff members that can help with housing questions, maintenance issues in my apartment, roommate conflicts, etc.?
Yes. Neumont has Resident Assistants and a full-time staff member who live at our apartment complexes. Between them living so close to students and offering a 24-hour on-call phone number, somebody is always available to help with challenging situations. The Housing Staff also plan community activities and helps shuttle students to-and-from school (morning and afternoon).
