• For UTE version 3 you must have the .NET framework version 3.5 on any computer on which you wish to run either the UTE Manager or the UTE Runner. You can get this free from Microsoft at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com • UTE runs on the following Microsoft Windows versions: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2003.
