Are there any special table settings in Poland?

I’ve been living in Krakow for the past 5 months and have been to many restaurants of varying quality and style. I have not been presented with any cutlery or glassware one wouldn’t find in a restaurant of similar caliber in the United States. However, at milk bars (inexpensive public cafeterias), one might commonly find bottles of “Maggi” on the tables. Maggi is a savory dark sauce that is similar in color and taste to soy sauce. People add it to their soups. Hole-in-the-wall fast food joints usually have paprika in a third shaker along with salt and pepper. On a side note, on a visit to the Czech Republic, I was served a pastry fork with a dessert. A pastry fork is a fork-knife hybrid – a fork with an edge on one side. If they had it in the CR, I’m sure one could find it in Poland as well, but it’s certainly not a part of the usual dining experience.
