SCREEN DISPLAY COLORS [Control Panel + Display properties + Settings ] iWitness requires the Display Colors set at 32bit. You can check this setting by selecting Control Panel+Display+Settings HARDWARE ACCELERATION [Control Panel + Display + Display Properties + Settings + Advanced + Troubleshooting] Some video cards may require that the Hardware Acceleration Slider is adjusted for the images to load properly in the iWitness program. If you encounter graphics problems, adjust the slider bar one notch to the left , and then retry. The goal is to keep the Slider as far to the right for the best graphics performance.
