Are there any special rules for entering land descriptions?
All Queensland land description prefixes are acceptable. Note: for Crown Plans (prefix) CP, enter CP in front of the plan prefix, eg Lot 1/BN23456 should be entered as Lot 1, Plan CPBN23456 Only a small percentage of Queensland land parcels are defined by a part or balance. You should only enter information on the P/Bal field if it is included in the actual land description. Where a balance forms part of the description, enter BAL. Parts should be entered as Pxx. To enter more than one land description in an application, click on the Add Extra Lot/Plan button to reload the screen with additional description fields. This button can be used to add up to 50 descriptions provided the vendor(s) and purchaser(s) are the same in each instance.
