Yes, the WebCams Plug-in is compatable with the Red 5 Open Source Servers Version 0.7.0.*. Please note that on lesser versions the Directory maybe in a different location. For the latest details visit the Red5 website (http://osflash.org/red5). The WebCam Plug-in is installed correctly but we still can not see the cams. This is normally down to your server not having the Ports open for the Red5(Default is 1935) Or this can also be caused by not creating the correct Directorys and /or the Files inside these Directorys. Or NOT Restarting the Red5 Server after creating the Directorys. We have supplied a small Flash test App so you can test the default ports to your server…
