Are there any special programs to help new hires transition to working at Orbital?
Orbital has implemented a “Freshout Welcoming Committee” to ease the transition of our new graduates. The purpose of this group is to give our new hires the chance to meet their peers who work in different divisions within Orbital whom they may not typically have an opportunity to meet. This group meets after work, typically in a social setting.
