Are there any special guidelines for hosting in turfs?
Sponsored hosts must follow the rules whether in turf or public. If there’s a game in a turf and the host does not show then a sub host may fill in. If there’s no access to the turf the sub-host must stand in the elevators lobby for at least 5 min. and announce to players where the game will be taking place. • Q: When does the week start and end? A: The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. • Q: When is the deadline for turning in a winnerform? A: Hosts are encouraged to send forms immediately after their game(s). It only takes a couple of minutes to complete the form. If needing to send at a later date a host may send before the next week is over.
