Are there any special considerations for ISDN interfaces?

0

If you are implementing a default Security Policy (see “Default Security Policy”) on a gateway with ISDN interfaces, FireWall-1 will not recognize the ISDN interfaces. The reason is that during the boot process, the ISDN interfaces are loaded just after the default Security Policy. When the real Security Policy is loaded, FireWall-1 “knows” that it has been loaded before, so it does not scan for new interfaces.
