Oracle CM SDK is accessible from standard FTP, SMB, WebDAV, IMAP4, AFP and NFS clients without having to install client-side software. Most FTP clients work well with Oracle CM SDK. Web clients can also be used to access Oracle CM SDK, but these have to be custom built. Oracle CM SDK 10g (9.0.4) provides a Web-based starter application.
