Are there any source of electricity on Gensokyo?
Eientei briefly had electricity due to rabbits running on a treadmill, but it was discontinued due to Reisen’s protests. Youkai Mountain may have electricity, as well as the Palace of Earth Spirits; the Moriya Shrine is trying to spark an industrial revolution there by giving Utsuho nuclear powers, and they were apparently pretty high-tech even before then, so electricity there is probable. Only problem there is that the tengu and kappa don’t seem interested in sharing.
