Are there any side effects from Zyrtec D and Mirapex taken together at night?
There are no direct drug interactions between Zyrtec D (cetirizine with pseudoephedrine) and Mirapex (pramipexole). Take the Zyrtec D earlier in the day, if not the morning. The decongestant in this drug can cause an increased heart rate and can keep you from falling asleep. Drink plenty of water. Colchine is giving me too many side affects . . . can I start taking Motrin instead? Colchicine is used in acute gout or gouty flair-ups. This is normally given until the pain subsides or the main side effect begins. The most common side effect is diarrhea, followed by GI pain, nausea and vomiting. You may take Motrin (ibuprofen) or any other NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) along with and following the colchicine. Always drink plenty of water, take with food and avoid alcohol.
