Are there any sepcific regulations regarding bergan size/shape, is there any advice on making the bergen comfortable?
From race rules perspective Bergen size & shape is irrelevant, but weight must be 35 lbs. Weight can be made up of anything, though I recommend it being wrapped in something soft like a sleeping bag. Comfort is something that you won’t be able to achieve, but padded shoulder straps and a lumbar support are your best bets to try and achieve it.
