Are there any separating walls or rooms modifiable in Park Hyatt Residences?
It is very tough to make a modification there since it is a hotel-type apartment building and remodeling may involve many complicated factors including air-conditioning system, MEP system, fire fighting system, its structure, etc.. Our world-class interior designer Remedios Siembieda Inc. has given full consideration to the project level and clients requirements. In terms of space functions and landscape design, it is a perfect work. Therefore, the separating walls and rooms are basically not adaptable.
