A. No. The BeachGroomer runs off of water pressure from your lawn pump. You are pumping water out of the lake and back into the lake while powering the BeachGroomer. There is no electricity beyond your lawn pump. The BeachGroomer can remain in place while swimming or moved to a desired location. There are no sharp edges or protrusions on the BeachGroomer which could injure.
