Are there any runtime redistribution royalties for SoftwareShield?

0

No, none whatsoever. With respect to redistribution of runtime components and royalties: You may redistribute the runtime components of SoftwareShield to an unlimited number of your customers on an unlimited number of machines for an unlimited time period without any cost whatsoever to your company in the form of licensing fees or royalties. The only license restrictions imposed are those relating to development. Each developer seat, (beyond the first one which comes with the SDK) must be purchased individually.
