Are there any rumors of Nintendo lowering the price of the Wii before Christmas?
There are no rumors of a price drop before Christmas. Also, at the rate the Wii is still selling, Nintendo has no reason to drop the price. In some cases they still seem to be supply-constrained. That’s not to say you won’t possibly see deals from retailers themselves on the Wii, but it would likely to be in the form of bundles, which may save you some money on the included components (games, accessories) but overall they’d be potentially getting you to spend more all at once.
